An invitation-only community for senior people leaders
The One Fifty brings together the senior people leaders who shape how organisations are led, and the investors who back them. There is a limit to how many people you can truly know. Around one hundred and fifty. We are built to stay inside it.
Request an invitationThe idea
The more people you add, the less any one connection is worth. So The One Fifty does not grow without limit. It holds at the number where a community can still be real, where members actually know one another, not just sit near each other once a year.
Small enough to trust. Large enough to matter. That constraint is not a limitation. It is the whole point.
Who belongs
Membership is built around senior people leaders, the ones who own the leadership and culture agenda inside their organisations. Around them sit the investors and operators who back those businesses and care about how they are run. Two sides of the same question, at one table.
The people who lead people
The people who back them
What happens
The One Fifty meets over dinner. Invitation-only, a handful of members at a time, in three cities to start. No stage, no speakers, no pitch. Just the conversation senior people rarely get to have with peers, and the introductions that follow it.
The dinner is where it starts, not where it ends. The value lives in what happens between them, the introductions we make, the problems members help each other solve, the relationships that compound over years.
The social contract
No agenda and no performance. The real talk about leading people, with others who carry the same weight.
Nobody sells at the table. Not members, not hosts. The room is protected, and that is why it works.
We connect members deliberately, and keep connecting them long after the meal has ended.
Everyone gives before they get. Offer something to the room, and the room gives back.
Tell us who you are. If there is a seat and a fit, we will be in touch about the next dinner in your city.
